Claiming Learner Support Funding

This guide explains how to add Learner Support funding records using the Support and Bursary Funding section within a learner’s record.

Before You Begin

  • If the learner has a Programme Aim, all Support and Bursary details must be recorded on the Programme Aim.
  • If there is no Programme Aim, record Support and Bursary details on the individual component aims.

➕ Adding a Learner Support Funding Record

  1. Use one of Tracker’s Search tools to locate and load the learner record.
  2. Select the relevant Programme or Aims tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Support and Bursary Funding section.
  4. Click the History button.
  5. Select Change Current Support and Bursary Funding Details.
  6. Choose Learning Support from the drop-down list.
  7. Enter the Start and End dates for the support period.
  8. Click Save.
